  • Who are the workshops for?

    Explore our workshops, designed for corporate teams but open to individuals too. Prices are per person, and workshops accommodate up to 7 participants. Contact us for group discounts or larger group inquiries. Join the fun!

  • How do we invoice our projects?

    After accepting the offer, a monthly billing will be done at the agreed hourly rate / daily rate. For a fixed fee, we invoice the 1st half upon commissioning and the 2nd half after project completion.

  • Do consultations take place on-site or remotely?

    Consultations will be only remote or in / around Munich. Of course we will also accept consultations with a beach closeby ;-)

  • What is the pricing

    We generally work with hourly rates, daily rates, and fixed fees, depending on the setting, subject area, and duration of collaboration. Our prices are outlined transparently in a proposal and typically range from EUR 95.00 to EUR 125.00 net, excluding VAT, depending on complexity, duration of collaboration, and effort involved.

  • Can a workshop also be tailored to specific topics?

    Of course! We are happy to tailor our workshops to your specific needs and topics. Together we can design the workshop of your HR dreams

  • Can I also book you as a speaker?

    Certainly! I have previously spoken in front of diverse audiences at various types of gatherings, both within corporate settings and public forums. Check out my media page where I list my publishings and speaker experiences
