PRICING
RECRUITING
I always conduct an initial consultation (30 minutes, free of charge) to mutually assess if we can meet each other's expectations. I learn more about your needs and can reflect back to you whether I can support you or not. All costs are outlined in a detailed proposal at the beginning of our collaboration. This ensures that you have a clear understanding of the financial commitment involved.
I generally work with hourly rates. My prices are outlined transparently in a proposal and typically range from EUR 80 to EUR 125 net, depending on complexity, duration of collaboration, and effort involved. For a typical recruiting project, the effort covers 2 main stages, including talent sourcing (approximately 40-60 hours) and pre-screen interviews (approximately 30-50 hours). We will agree on a fixed number of hours that will be allocated to your project based on these estimates.
Why do I work this way?
Budget Control: Setting a cap on hours ensures that my clients can budget effectively without fear of unexpected costs. They know the maximum amount they will be billed, which helps in financial planning and reduces the anxiety of potential overruns.
Flexibility and Fairness: Charging by the hour, yet capping the total, provides flexibility to accommodate project specifics without penalizing the client for inefficiencies. It ensures my clients pay for the actual work done, reflecting a fair approach to billing.
Cost-Effectiveness: My clients might perceive this model as more cost-effective compared to a flat project fee, especially if the work is completed in fewer hours than estimated. They benefit from lower costs if efficiencies are found during the project execution.
Example
Let’s say we agree on a cap of 80 hours for the entire project, the total cost would be calculated as follows:
80 hours x EUR 90 net per hour = EUR 7,200 (plus VAT, where applicable)
This model provides you with cost predictability and transparency, allowing you to budget effectively.
You will only be billed for the actual hours worked, but never more than the initial hours agreed upon. This cap ensures that you are not subject to any unexpected costs. I provide detailed progress reports on a regular basis, which include candidate pipelines, interview schedules, and any challenges encountered. These reports ensure transparency and keep you informed of every step.
