In order to give you a better and more detailed insight into who we work, we have put together an array of examples of what you can expect from our collaboration:

This illustrates our approach to organizing search operations. We create various keyword combinations and focus on specific companies to construct search strings. We employ Boolean search strings both within the search interfaces of LinkedIn and Xing, as well as for XRay searches. Our data scraping extends beyond LinkedIn; we also extract information from other sources such as industry award websites and trade show directories to locate the ideal candidate.

This approach provides a clearer expectation of how many candidates may advance to later stages of the recruitment process based on the total initial candidates sourced.

From 200 sourced candidates, between 10 to 36 will show enough interest to consider moving forward. Of these interested candidates, about 5 to 18 will qualify for a hiring manager interview, depending on the interest rate (5-18%) and the consistent 50% qualification rate in prescreens.
